Prinz Rudolf loves variety and offers its guests multiple exciting food concepts. Culinary preferences and hunger are not the same for everyone, and we know that! We will spoil you with a wide range of freshly baked specialties, such as homemade pasta, pizza, delicious main courses and fine desserts, using high-quality raw materials.
The half board guests will be accommodated in one of the panoramic halls dedicated to them to enjoy the five-course gourmet menu. Guests of the Restaurant, Pizzeria and Prinz 1871 will have rooms all to themselves, and in the summertime they can also enjoy the garden. All halls are air-conditioned and offer a magnificent view of Merano and the Tessa mountain range that forms the border with neighboring Austria.
Finally, at the Prinz Bar, snacks, sweet treats, signature cocktails, high-quality wines and fresh beer bring everyone together.

Our spacious restaurant starts with the bar and is divided into different areas where everyone can find their favourite space. Both at lunch and dinner you can enjoy dishes for all tastes, all pasta is homemade, the real charcoal grill browns meat of all kinds, and desserts, such as homemade ice cream, round out the offerings.
