A team of brave and creative young people, led by our Chef Luigi, is committed every day to propose a modern cuisine that always looks to the tradition. In our restaurant you will find a wide variety of products, the result of an immense passion for cooking. A culinary journey that starts in South Tyrol, extends to all regions of Italy and then reaches out to the rest of the world.
We offer a 5-course Gourmet menu to clients who have chosen the Half Board formula, and for those who decide to stop for dinner at the Prinz Restaurant at the last minute, we offer a wide à la Carte choice of innovative dishes that we like to boast about (a lot).
Particular attention is dedicated to those who suffer from celiac disease: for them we have created an extensive Gluten free menu that is prepared in total safety in a separate kitchen (please book in time). All this is guaranteed by the AIC certification, which we are among the few in Merano to have.
