A team of brave and creative young people, led by our Chef Luigi, is committed every day to propose a modern cuisine that always looks to the tradition. In our restaurant you will find a wide variety of products, the result of an immense passion for cooking. A culinary journey that starts in South Tyrol, extends to all regions of Italy and then reaches out to the rest of the world.
We offer a 5-course Gourmet menu to clients who have chosen the Half Board formula, and for those who decide to stop and stay for dinner at the Prinz Restaurant, we offer a wide à la Carte choice of innovative dishes of which we like to boast about (a lot).
Particular attention is dedicated to those suffering from celiac disease: for them we have designed an extensive Gluten free menu that is prepared in total safety in a separate kitchen. All this is guaranteed by the AIC certification with which we are among the few in Merano to be equipped.
